Also very, very tasty!!!!🤤 . ➡️Macros: 578 calories, 41 G protein, 45 g carbs, 26 g fat. 👇🏻In my plate ( uncooked, raw ingredient amounts) •55 g quick oats •110 g lean ground beef •45 g avocado •1 whole egg •10 g chopped walnuts •sprinkle of nutritional yeast (optional) •Cherry tomatoes for fun •Sprinkle of goat cheese crumbles for fun •About 1 cup (or less) chicken broth . ⬇️Direction for savory oats and ground beef; Heat a pan over medium heat, toss ground beef, stir and cook for 10 minutes and add 1/4 chopped white onions, stir and cook another 10 minutes. In a bowl combine oats, 1 tsp cumin and about 1 cup (or less) chicken broth. Microwave for 1 minute, sprinkle nutritional yeast and more chicken broth if it’s needed and mix well with a spoon. Transfer in a plate with ground beef and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of oatmeal. . Hope you give it a try!
