You don't need to eat as soon as you wake up.. UNLESS of course you are someone who is very hungry when you wake up. Then eat of course. However if you are someone who isn't super hungry when you wake up, it's fine to wait until you feel hungry. ° However eating breakfast has many benefits. 1. It gives you energy for the day. 2. Often better focus and concentration as you have fueled yourself. 3. Can minimize overeating or binges in the evening. 4. It's a good time to get in some fruit and veggies! ° It has been shown that typically people who skip breakfast are more likely to overeat in the evenings. However for some people following intermittent fasting works great... and for some people IF can be great for health reasons. However it is not recommended for everyone. ° Remember breakfast doesn't have to be typical breakfast food. Neither does it have to be at 6am. Your breakfast can be at 10am and consist of a banana. Love this 🙌 I do always make a point to eat breakfast because I love fueling my body with fruits and veggies in the morning to give me energy. But there’s a lot of pressure that you HAVE to eat breakfast when it’s not always black and white
